is a research organisation based at the Centre for Systems Learning in Christchurch
New Zealand. Each day we work to create prosperous
and satisfying lives for people around the world.
Our core competence lies in whole systems thinking - the ability to understand
the properties of human systems such as people, companies, markets, communities
and economies. We are particularly interested in the relationship between
beliefs (our purpose and values, or in the case of an organisation,
its culture) and performance.
